    Satisfied with Mohu Leaf 30

Posted by William on Jul 2nd 2020

I found your product reviewed in Consumer Reports and they thought it was a Best Buy. I ordered it and installed it as soon as it arrived. Set up was basically plug the antenna into my converter box and scan for channels. Under my old antenna I received only 62 channels. This one found 99 channels and most every one was clear and had no drop outs. The dreaded checkerboard signal that would come on your favorite channel indicating a weak signal or where your screen would freeze and the sound would stutter. In fact I let a buddy try it out. He has a current LCD TV that doesn't require a converter box. He was so impressed he ordered one for his TV. I would highly recommend this antenna to anyone who wants to eliminate his cable bill and cut the cord to cable company.

    Not missing Directv!

Posted by RoRo on Apr 15th 2020

One word: Fabulous! I don't need an amplified antenna with the Leaf. Glad I chose the refurb, like new and saved 10 bucks. Crystal clear, stable picture. No pixilation when the weather changes and I still get a great picture during a storm v.s. no picture with Directv. Love the savings! (Posted on 10/1/2014)

    works for us!

Posted by suesew on Apr 15th 2020

We tried this with two different tv and it picked up over 50 channels. It received 3 different PBS channels and all the major ones, but probably more than half were things we would never watch like religious or Spanish speaking channels. But still we received excellent quality pictures. We do live in a downtown area. We don't expect this kind of reception when we use this in our motorhome. (Posted on 5/23/2015)

Didn't work for me in Boulder CO

Posted by SaL on Apr 15th 2020

I love the sleek profile of this antenna but it simply did not pull down enough channels for me no matter how much I fiddled with the positioning (yes I had checked signal strength at my location on tvfool and fcc calculators before buying). I blame geometry primarily - in a condo, no exterior walls facing south where most OTA signals emanate from here, two of the major local broadcast channels are VHF not better-behaved UHF. But folks in high density housing should know they may be behind the eight ball when trying the Leaf as a cut-the-cable solution. (Posted on 6/6/2015)

    The BEST !!!!

Posted by CRUIZERON on Apr 8th 2020

I just got it today, and I was AMAZED after I installed it! I used to use cable as air antenna until, it was no longer possible. I then bought an Amplified Antenna. I thought my TV sucks before I used the LEAF Antenna. I wasn't getting as good quality pictures with the Cable and the Amplified Antenna. But after installing the Leaf Indoor HDTV Antenna, my TV for the first time - it looks GREAT (that is the reception pictures) - so, that's what HDTV should look like. What's more, the Leaf Antenna doesn't need electrical power as the Amplified Antenna that I got. That will sure save money on electricity. The Leaf antenna is just on top on my TV laying down. I place it on my top of my TV as I installed the cable, and saw I was getting a 100 % reception even just laying on top of my TV. I not going to need to hang it, as I see it. I'm not sure about others, but it might work the same way else, other might need to hang it as recommended. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Leaf Indoor HDTV Antenna. (Posted on 5/16/2014)

I've never had indoor antenna. My condo/apartment has no cable connection in my living room. So as my last resort I purchased the Leaf indoor HDTV antenna after reviewing others reviews. The Leaf antenna is awesome that gives unbelievable picture on my HDTV. I recommended to my friends. (Posted on 5/16/2014)

My sole purpose was to bag cable and I have. I got the non enhanced leaf and its great. The images are in true HD and I get a bunch of channels. I plan to buy another one soon for my other TV. Maybe the enhanced to see how many more channels we can get. Now if Mohu can figure out a way to capture ESPN and channels like that, Cable will truly be a thing of the past. Great job guys.
